Building of Georgian First Channel at #68 Kostava Street to be sold at auction

The building of Georgian First Channel located at #68 Kostava Street in Tbilisi will be sold through an auction.

The sitting of Board of Trustees was held earlier this afternoon there the issue was unanimously backed by Board members.

The auction’s conditions are published on the official web-page of Service Agency of Finance Ministry. The bidders are given 30-day term.

One of the main conditions of the auction is that the buyer will be able to use the building after completion of construction works of the new building of Georgian First Channel at Politkovskaya Street.

The Georgian First Channel announced the tender for construction of a new building at Politkovskaya Street on June 9.
