260 484 people recover from COVID-19 worldwide

260 484 people recovered from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) globally, according to Johns Hopkins University.

A worldwide number of people diagnosed with the virus reached 1 274 000. Among the virus-hit countries, the US is in the first place (337 620 cases), followed by Spain (131646 cases) and Italy ( 128 948 cases).

Death toll in Italy has reached 15 887, in Spain –  12 641 and in the US – 9 132.

A total of 69 479 people died from the virus globally.
