Meeting in IPRM format to be held in Ergneti

Meeting of Group on Incidents Prevention and Response Mechanisms (IPRM) will be held in Ergneti village of Gori Municipality today. The 96th meeting of this format will take place after 11 months pause.

As State Security Service told Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB), illegal detention of Georgian citizens Zaza Gakheladze, Khvicha Mghebrishvili and Gennady Bestaev will be discussed during the meeting.

The last 95th IPRM meeting was held on August 29 of 2019. Representatives of de-facto South Ossetian authorities refused to take part in the meeting. They demanded dismantling of the Georgian police checkpoint at Chorchana village of Khashuri Municipality.
