მასკის განცხადებით, ამ კანონპროექტის გიჟური ხარჯვითი ნაწილით, რომელიც ვალის ლიმიტს რეკორდულად, ხუთი ტრილიონი დოლარით ზრდის, აშკარაა, რომ ქვეყანა ერთპარტიულ ქვეყანაში ცხოვრობს.
