Snow cover in Khulo villages reaches 1 meter

The snow cover in the highly elevated villages of Khulo, Adjara region, reaches 1 meter.

According to Vakhtang Beridze, acting Mayor of Khulo, roads, leading to administrative buildings, are cleaned and that electricity is supplied to locals. Access to the villages is possible only by jeep type of cars.

Weather forecasters prognosticate that weather conditions will turn to the better starting March 4 but frost is expected during night hours.
