“Rustavi 2” is the case in which the President should not interfere, – President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili made this statement.

As President noted, the Strasburg court decision was unprecedented, which demonstrated the impartiality of the Georgian court.

“Rustavi 2 case is a private commercial issue. The Strasburg decision is unprecedented since it recognized impartiality of the Georgian court. This fact is worth mentioning daily. I believe that freedom of speech is not threatened in Georgia”, – President Zurabishvili said.
