“A public discussion would completely demolish the lies on which the collective National Movement and radical opposition’s propaganda stands,” Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated today at a press conference.

The Head of the Government noted that, after a public discussion, their propaganda would entirely lose its foundation, and therefore, this is the reason for their refusal.

“Remember that we made the same offer to these people regarding the Transparency Law, and we then proposed to any group, including youth, politicians, and anyone else, to come to us and hold a public discussion. However, we received a refusal of that proposal as well.

Now, precisely because they know exactly where the truth lies, they once again said no from their side. This speaks volumes. After this public discussion, their propaganda would completely lose its foundation, and accordingly, this is the reason for their refusal,” Irakli Kobakhidze stated.
