Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, met Duma Gideon Boko, President of the Republic of Botswana.
According to the Government Administration’s press service, during the meeting, which took place in Dubai within the framework of the World Governments Summit (WGS), the leaders discussed the importance of the non-recognition of Georgia’s occupied territories, as well as the political dialogue between the two countries.
Irakli Kobakhidze thanked the President of Botswana for supporting Georgia’s resolution on internally displaced persons.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed the readiness of the Government of Georgia to share its experience in implementing successful reforms with the Republic of Botswana.
The meeting was also attended by Maka Botchorishvili, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
