PM inspects progress of construction works in Dream City

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, together with the Minister of Regional Development Kakha Guledani and the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara Sulkhan Tamazashvili inspected the ongoing construction works in the Dream City today.

According to the Government Administration, the PM received detailed information about the project, which is planned to be completed in 2028.

As part of the second phase of this large-scale social project, three 8-storey and six 13-storey residential buildings are being constructed, where 1077 families will receive apartments. The construction of the 8-storey buildings has already been completed, while the 13-storey buildings are expected to be completed in the near future. Relevant engineering infrastructure is also being developed in the area. In Dream City, the construction of a public school, a kindergarten and children’s playgrounds is also planned.

During the first phase of the project, three 12-storey residential blocks were already constructed and title ownership has been transferred to 582 families.
