Lawyer - Wanted juvenile to surrender to law enforcers

Wanted juvenile for a murder committed at Khorava Street will surrender to police in the nearest hours.

The lawyer of defendant Tariel Kakabadze told the First Channel.

Two persons who were charged for murder have been sentenced to pretrial detention today.

The Judge has declared the decision having satisfied the motion filed by the Prosecutor’s Office demanding pretrial detention for the detainees as a preventive measure.

Physical clash among school students at Khorava Street in Tbilisi on December 1 claimed lives of two teenagers. One juvenile died at the site, another school student passed away at hospital.
