Lasha Darsalia met Ambassador of Germany

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Lasha Darsalia met with the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Georgia Hubert Knirsch.

Georgian Foreign Ministry informs that the sides discussed cooperation between Georgia and Germany within the framework of international organizations and prospects of its enhancement.

The Deputy Minister emphasized the difficult situation in terms of human rights in the occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions and noted that the current situation is even more alarming because in the occupied regions it is impossible to access international human rights monitoring mechanisms.
