For Georgia's Liluashvili: I urge those calling for boycott to present plan to defeat GD

“I urge those calling for a boycott to present a concrete plan to defeat Georgian Dream,” wrote Beka Liluashvili, a member of the Gakharia for Georgia party, on social media.

According to Liluashvili, instead of engaging in constructive, goal-oriented dialogue, the forces claiming to oppose Georgian Dream resort to attacks, contempt, and radicalism.

“The first sign of Georgian Dream’s authoritarianism was its new paradigm: ‘Anyone who disagrees with me is the enemy.’ Unfortunately, we now see the same approach from some in the opposition. They speak of unity, yet attack Lelo for choosing a different strategy. So which is it? I urge those calling for a boycott to present a concrete plan to defeat Georgian Dream—everything else is just lyrics,” he wrote.
