De-facto President of occupied Tskhinvali and Russian President meet in Kremlin
The de-facto South Ossetian President met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin, Moscow. Cooperation related issues were discussed during the meeting.
According to Anatoly Bibilov, de facto President of the occupied region of South Ossetia, Tskhinvali and Moscow are preparing an agreement on simplification of granting Russian citizenship to South Ossetian citizens, – RIA Novosti reports.
“There are some serious agreements in our state agencies and ministries that we will sign in the future. Among them are agreements on simplified granting of Russian citizenship to South Ossetian citizens and the presence of our citizens in the territory of Russia for an unlimited period of time. There are many more other agreements aimed at social-economic development of South Ossetia,” Bibilov said.
