Davit Kezerashvili vows to use legal leverage to prove BBC Eye Investigation 'inaccurate'

Georgian former Defence Minister and Formula TV founder Davit Kezerashvili on Wednesday echoed the BBC Eye investigation which put his name behind a billion-dollar scam.

Kezerashvili vowed to use all legal leverage to prove that the facts are inaccurate, rejecting links to the scam.

“I am not going to ignore the damage that this article causes me, especially in the background when the Georgian government is carrying out politicized justice against me and when the ruling party is attacking Formula TV, which is recognized by many international organizations and in US State Department reports.

According to the BBC article, the global scamming network has robbed ordinary investors of more than a billion dollars. BBC Eye identified a shadowy network of businessmen who appear to be behind it, including Davit Kezerashvili.
