Ketevan Tsikhelashvili assesses the seizure of medicines with Georgian inscriptions as an act directed against humans

The State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili says that in the occupied territories, the ethnic Georgian population living there is deliberately discriminated against and the region is isolated from the whole of Georgia.

When commenting on the fact of seizure of medicines with Georgian inscriptions from pharmacies in the occupied Tskhinvali region, the Minister says that this is a step openly directed against human.

“Unfortunately, in the occupied territories, the ethnic Georgian population living there is deliberately discriminated against and the region is isolated from the whole of Georgia. Unfortunately, this process has terrible and new manifestations that affect not particular persons but hundreds and thousands of people.

Seizure of drugs with annotation in the Georgian language is an act directed against humans, not only ethnic Georgians but also ethnic Ossetians since everyone uses medicines, ” – Minister said.
