The source of transmission of novel coronavirus is not determined in 3 cases. It is highly possible that we have a precedent of internal transmission – Amiran Gamkrelidze, Head of the National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health told Georgian First Channel.

“This is a sign of alarm. This means that people get infected from each other. They move about the country and transmit the infection to others,” Gamkrelide said.

According to the official data, there are 85 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus reported in Georgia; 14 patients have fully recovered from the virus.
