Repeated balloting for selection of Director of Adjara Public Broadcaster to be held

The first round of voting for selection of Director of Adjara Public Broadcaster did not reveal the winner. The votes of 5 members of Advisory Council split. The votes were divided among 3 candidates.

Merab Tsulukidze, journalist of First Channel – 2 votes, Tinatin Tsiskaradze, Trainer of Deutsche Welle Academy – 2 votes, Bacho Gurabanidze – 1 vote.

Therefore, the second round of elections will be held between Merab Tsulukidze and Tinatin Tsiskaradze. There were 12 candidates contending for the post.
