PSDA rejects information on return of citizens from border due to faults in passports, probes into individual cases
Public Services Development Agency (PSDA) rejects the information on the alleged return of dozens of Georgian citizens from the border due to faults detected in their new passports.
According to the Agency, it probes into individual cases along with other relevant agencies.
“Public Services Development Agency, within its working process, constantly monitors its issued documents. If any need is identified during the process or at a later stage, the agency contacts each citizen individually to ensure both the accuracy and security of documents and the protection of citizens’ interests.
Within monitoring and preventive measures, and in accordance with the detected need, the agency contacted citizens individually to clarify information and offered to replace documents on the same day, completely free of charge,” the Agency said in its statement.
