Protest march in Tbilisi

A protest march demanding the resignation of the government has taken place in Tbilisi, with participants moving from Isani metro station towards the Ministry of Internal Affairs building.

The location for the gathering and the final destination of the “Unity March” were strategically chosen, with protesters stating that the Interior Ministry bears primary responsibility for what they describe as repressions.

Family members of those detained during previous demonstrations joined the protest. After reaching the Interior Ministry, participants reiterated their demands – the resignation of the government and the release of all those detained during protests.
