Prime Minister expressed his condolences to Jansug Charkviani's family

Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Kvirikashvili expressed his condolences to poet Jansug Charkviani’s family.

Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Georgian Minister of Culture Mikheil Giorgadze and the newly elected Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kaladze, attended the public funeral of Jansugh Charkviani at the Holy Trinity Cathedral.

“Jansug Charkviani belonged to the great poets’ generation who created the entire epoch. His poetic words will remain long in Georgian consciousness. I express my heartfelt condolences to his family and the Georgian society,” – Prime Minister said.
