As part of his official visit to Tashkent, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, accompanied by Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov, visited Uzbekistan’s Techno Park and the Electric Technology Factory, the Government Administration reported.
The Heads of Government of the two countries, and Georgia’s governmental delegation, were hosted by Sarvar Akhadov, Techno Park General Director.
The Prime Minister of Georgia familiarized himself with the Techno Park and the process of production at the Electric Technology Factory.
As the General Director pointed out, the Techno Park, founded in 2019, seeks to organize manufacturing sites in order to produce industrial products, building materials, and appliances and in this way replace import, also to create new jobs.
The Techno Park carries out projects in a variety of directions, such as industrial air-conditioning/cooling systems, industrial water-heating equipment, elevators and escalators, panel radiators, steel structures, copper products, sandwich panels, sun-powered water heating collectors, electronic gas meters, and others.
