PM to introduce Kobuleti mayoral candidate

Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili introduced Levan Zoidze, the Georgian Dream (GD) party’s seaside resort Kobuleti mayoral candidate, to locals.

PM spoke about the planned infrastructure projects in the Adjara region. He said that up to GEL 32 billion would be spent on the roads, bridges construction, quality potable water and natural gas supply.

Garibashvili stressed the local industry development that would create about 100 thousand new jobs. “Quality should be our distinctive trademark. We should do everything in line with European standards and introduce them to every municipality, city and village,” PM said.

Garibashvili accentuated that democracy and freedom were the main achievements of the October 2012 elections. “Development is needed. Democratic institutions must develop and strengthen further. This will be the basis for our long-term progress,” said the Prime Minister.
