PM: Heroes of Shindisi remind us that love of country and patriotism are supreme values
“We honor the memory of the heroes of Shindisi, who gave every Georgian and future generations an example of heroism. Our children and future generations should be raised on such heroism,” Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated at the memorial to the heroes who died at Shindisi during the August War.
According to the Prime Minister, “love of country and patriotism are supreme values, for which it is worth sacrificing even the most precious thing – life itself. This is exactly the example the heroes of Shindisi gave us. It is our duty to honor their memory.”
