PM: Actions of governments of some countries are frivolous, but Georgia must maintain one-sided friendship

“It is absolutely frivolous what the governments of certain countries are doing, but we must maintain a one-sided mode of friendship, rooted in the special bond that Georgians have with the Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian people,” stated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze to Georgian journalists in Uzbekistan.

Kobakhidze emphasized that these governments are heavily influenced by the “Global War Party.”

“We must distinguish between the people and their governments. While these governments are elected by the people, we must reiterate that they are directly influenced by the ‘global war party’ and lack true sovereignty. This is the reality these countries are facing today. Their actions may seem frivolous, but we must continue to uphold a one-sided friendship, based on the special relationship Georgians have with the Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian peoples,” Kobakhidze added.
