Out of eight new coronavirus cases, two recorded in Batumi. One of them is a foreigner, a truck driver and the second one is Georgian citizen, said Adjara Public Health Center.

In total, 32 people remain in Batumi Republican Hospital.

Georgia has reported eight new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) today, bringing the total number of infected people to 1 455.

Six more patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, increasing the total number to 1196.
