National Centre for Assessment and Examinations holds exam for students aiming to continue studies in Georgia
The National Centre for Assessment and Examinations has organised an examination for students seeking to pursue further studies in Georgia from foreign universities.
According to the Centre, the assessment was carried out within an objective and transparent framework, aligned with international standards. An impressive 99% of registered students took part in the exam.
Tamar Memanishvili, Director of the National Centre for Assessment and Examinations, along with her deputies, reviewed the progress of the electronic testing process.
The results will be published on the centre’s official website within ten working days, with students able to access their scores using a personalised code.
The primary aim of the exam is to evaluate the academic competence of Georgian citizens who have studied abroad for at least one semester and wish to continue their higher education in Georgia.
The assessment encompasses reading comprehension, logical reasoning, and quantitative reasoning components. To pass successfully, candidates must score more than half of the maximum points, at least 23 out of 45.
Since 2019, the National Centre for Assessment and Examinations has been regularly conducting these tests for students intending to continue their studies in Georgia from foreign universities, several times each year.
