Largest tour operator "MIR Corporation" together with "National Geographic" to prepare tours to Georgia

Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development met with the major American tour operators. The issue of attracting tourists to Georgia from the United States, Canada, New Zealand and other English-speaking countries was discussed during the meeting.

As it was noted during the meeting,  the American largest tour company “MIR Corporation”, which has been operating in Georgia for quite a long time and organizing tours in Georgia for tourists from America, Canada, New Zealand and other English-speaking countries,  starts a joint project with “National Geographic” about tours for travelers.

The service will be designed for the citizens of the countries of North America, New Zealand and other English-speaking countries. The company will offer tourists the packages that are tailored to their requirements.

Natia Turnava, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, positively assessed this project and noted that the implementation of such activities is particularly relevant today when the tourism sector of Georgia is facing a challenge.
