Japanese government donates high-tech medical equipment to Rukhi Republican Hospital
The Georgian Health Ministry has announced that high-tech medical equipment has been donated to Rukhi Republican Hospital with support from the Japanese government. The equipment covers therapeutic, neurological and cardiological departments.
According to the ministry, Deputy Health Minister Tea Giorgadze toured various departments of the clinic and inspected the donated equipment alongside Japanese Deputy Ambassador Gosuke Horiguchi at Rukhi Republican Hospital.
Tea Giorgadze expressed gratitude to the deputy ambassador for supporting Rukhi Republican Hospital and emphasised the clinic’s priority importance in providing medical services to the population living in temporarily occupied territories.
The deputy minister noted that Japan is “one of Georgia’s most reliable partners in the healthcare sector.”
