Health Minister attends Geoanesthesia 2025 conference in Batumi

Minister of Health Mikheil Sarjveladze took part in the international conference Geoanesthesia 2025 held in Batumi.

According to the Ministry, the 8th scientific-practical conference focused on anesthesiology and intensive care. In his address, Sarjveladze emphasized the importance of such events for exchanging experience, introducing new knowledge, and applying modern practices.

The participants discussed key issues in anesthesiology, resuscitation, and pain management, as well as modern approaches and innovations. The multidisciplinary forum brought together anesthesiologists, resuscitation specialists, toxicologists, and emergency medicine experts.

The program included sessions and symposiums with leading specialists from Georgia and abroad. The event was also attended by the Minister of Health of Ajara, Nino Nizharadze, medical sector representatives, field specialists, and invited guests.

The conference is organized annually by the Georgian Society of Anesthesiologists and Resuscitators.
