Minister of Health Mikheil Sarjveladze and Minister of Defense Irakli Chikovani attended an event dedicated to the anniversary of the Rukhi Republican Hospital, where the results of the institution’s work were presented.

According to the Ministry of Health, the hospital has been equipped with the latest Signa Hero MRI diagnostic system, enabling patients to undergo advanced magnetic resonance imaging locally, without leaving the region. Officials highlighted that this development significantly improves the continuity and accessibility of healthcare services. The clinic also operates the region’s most advanced chemotherapy center.

Sarjveladze emphasized that the Rukhi Republican Hospital is the most important medical center for the local population, offering modern, high-quality services. He noted that the hospital’s expanded capabilities and recent investments have fundamentally improved the standard of healthcare in the region.

It was also announced that the clinic has successfully passed international accreditation, confirming its compliance with the highest standards of service quality and safety.
