Gov't to subsidise mortgage loans for those who decide to take out a mortgage by the end of 2020

While presenting a report on coronavirus in the Parliament, Prime Minister of Georgia Giorgi Gakharia said: “a specific plan had already been created for developers and builders.”

As PM noted, “the state will subsidize mortgage loans for those who decide to take out a mortgage by the end of the year and improve living conditions.”

“It’s not just about helping companies, but for those too who decided to purchase an apartment or paid an initial contribution and apartment is under construction. All such risks will be insured by the government until the end of the year,” said the Prime Minister.
