Georgian soldiers killed in Shindisi remembered

Georgian soldiers, who died in the vicinity of Shindisi settlement, Gori district of Shida Kartli region during the August 2008 Georgian-Russian war, were remembered in Shindisi today.

Eleven years have passed since Shindisi Battle. 17 Georgian soldiers became victims of Russian aggression exactly 11 years ago – on August 11, 2008.

The Minister of Defence of Georgia Levan Izoria laid a wreath at the memorial of Shindisi Heros today.
