Georgian PM calls Estonian Parliament's statement 'anti-Georgian'

“In a context where there is pressure on the ‘Deep State’ in the USA, its influence in Europe, especially in the Baltic countries, becomes even more pronounced,” the Georgian Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze, stated.

Kobakhidze was responding to a question about the statement adopted by the Estonian Parliament regarding Georgia.

He called such statements unacceptable, adding, “We maintain a unilateral friendship with Estonia. That is the only way I can describe it. These statements are clearly anti-Georgian and show a lack of respect for the will of the Georgian people. However, our relationship with Estonia remains based on the historical friendship between the Georgian and Estonian peoples.”
