Pharmacies claim about the shortage of face masks as product import from China has suspended and the demand for the product has increased amid the coronavirus threat.

GPC and Aversi Pharmacies say they sell 20 pieces of masks per person. As for the prices, it has not increased and still costs 18-20 tetri.

Georgian Health Minister Ekaterine Tikaradze says many countries in the world are run out of masks in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak. Tikaradze added that the ministry is working to restock the product.
