Fire victim in occupied Gali region transferred to Kutaisi for treatment

A woman injured in a fire in Saberio, a village in the Russian-occupied Gali region, has been transferred from Rukhi Clinic to Kutaisi Referral Clinic.

The attending doctor reported that the patient has sustained third-degree burns. Her condition is described as moderate but stable.

Tragically, five children lost their lives in the fire, which occurred yesterday. According to available information, the children’s grandmother accidentally mixed gasoline with kerosene while attempting to light a stove, causing the house to catch fire.
