Culture Minister says work on damaged Arabic inscription launched

Georgian Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Tea Tsulukiani echoed the information released in the social network about the cultural heritage monument damaging in Tbilisi.

According to Tsulukiani, working on the vandalized Arabic inscription is launched. She thanked the author of the post, who reported about the fact.

“I have dispatched the Cultural Heritage Protection Agency employees to the site. The procedures to be issued on specialists are underway to restore the monument. A protective mechanism should be installed there,” Tsulukiani said.

The information about the Arabic inscription damaging was released in the social network earlier on Saturday.
