Ahali Party member says it will be difficult for GD to criticize US Senators as they do with MEPs

“I hardly remember such a grave statement in the history of Georgia-US cooperation history. This is the statement, which I am sure was carefully read by the Georgian Dream officials,” said Bacho Dolidze, a member of the Ahali party.

According to Bacho Dolidze, it will be difficult for the GD representatives to continue criticizing the US and American Senators with “their usual pathos” as they do with the MEPs. He believes that this time they will be “cautious.” 

Bacho Dolidze underscored that the US had stood with Georgia for years spending money on building state institutions.

“The only thing the GD should do is to withdraw the bill, there is no other alternative. Either we move forward to the civilized world, or we are dragged towards Russia, which is isolated from the civilization,” he said.
