Out of 326 new coronavirus cases, 235 are linked to Adjara, 38 to Imereti, 30 to Tbilisi, 14 to Samegrelo Zemo-Svaneti, six to Guria, one to Samtskhe-Javakheti, one to Kakheti, and one more to Mtskheta-Mtianeti, said Marina Endeladze, the director of the boxed ward of the Infectious Diseases Hospital.

Marina Endeladze noted that, at this stage, among 3 072 coronavirus patients, 28 are in a critical state, of those, 26 have been put on artificial respiration.

Georgia has reported 326 new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) today, bringing the total number of infected people to 6 192, according to stopcov.ge, a special webpage created by the Georgian government.

The number of recovered patients stands at 2 324. The virus-related death toll reached 38.

The 41 people are brought from abroad for medical treatment. 1000 persons remain at COVID-19 hotels.

Currently, 5 445 people are under quarantine and 836 more under medical observation.
