Irakli Kobakhidze: OSCE/ODIHR recommendations are fully reflected in Election Code

Irakli Kobakhidze, a member of the parliamentary majority, says that the OSCE / ODIHR recommendations are fully reflected in the Election Code.

As he notes, the major part of the changes is based on the OSCE/ODIHR recommendations concerning the improvement of the election laws. According to Kobakhidze, many regulations are fundamentally changed in the legislative package.

MP responded to the opponents’ assessments, who claim that the draft does not reflect the OSCE’s recommendations.
