Georgia reports 773 coronavirus cases, 575 recoveries, 12 deaths

Georgia has reported 773 coronavirus cases, 575 recoveries, and 12 deaths on Wednesday, the official figures show.

37,923 tests have been conducted in the past 24 hours throughout the country. Among them, 20,636 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 17,287 were PCR tests.

Georgia’s total case tally reached 360,828, among them, 346,792 people recovered and 5,211 died.

The daily test-positivity rate stands at 2,04%, while 2,42% in the past 14 days.

There are 33 people placed in government-assigned quarantine facilities, 2,633 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized, 583 asymptomatic, and mild symptom patients are being treated at government-assigned treatment facilities.

As of today, 242,451 people got the coronavirus vaccine.
