The adoption of the Tbilisi Land Use Master Plan in some cases may cause deterioration of construction conditions. It is noted in the renewed materials of the Land Use Plan.
According to the document, in any case, the adoption of the Master Plan will have some influence to the rights of owners of property located in the project area. In some case the conditions of construction can be deteriorated, however it serves for further development of the city.
