Former US Ambassador to Georgia William Courtney commented on the report of Republican Study Committee (RSC) – a caucus of conservatives of the Republican Party in the U.S. House of Representatives – on National Security Strategy titled “Strengthening America and Countering Global Threats.”

“The RSC’s report properly backs Georgia Support Act, but wrongly claims Bidzina Ivanishvili is “close ally of Putin and involved in destabilizing Georgia.” For last 8 years Georgia has continued to become more democratic and stable,” William Courtney wrote on Twitter.
