Press Service representative of the Tbilisi Transport Company, Tamaz Robakidze, said, up to 20 metro drivers contracted coronavirus.
Robakidze noted that as Tbilisi Transport Company has 220 metro drivers, Tbilisi Metro will not stop operation.
“Since the metro driver’s cabin is isolated from passengers, drivers have no contact with the passenger. We do not know their exact source of infection,” Robakidze said.
