Trucks allowed on Rikoti Pass without restrictions

The cargo transport can move on Rikoti without restrictions, the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure reported.

According to the Department, the special regime on the Rikoti Pass has been cancelled starting today.

“The special traffic regime through the Rikoti Pass has been cancelled for truck transport. As a result of the measures taken, an access road was arranged at 149 km of the existing road, on which the traffic was diverted. Therefore, from January 30, it will be possible to move trailers and semi-trailers on the section of the Rikoti Pass at any time of the day or night,” the information states.
