TFV Georgia Programs Manager describes components of program to assist victims of August war

The Trust Fund of Victims’ Georgia Programs Manager Scott Bartell describes the components of the program to assist the victims of the August war.

He said it could be medical treatment, physical and psychological rehabilitation, support for household and material assistance.

According to Scott Bartell, this is a support program, and Fund does not pay compensation.

The Trust Fund of Victims (TFV) of the Hague International Court of Justice begins the program in the volume of 600 000 Euros in assistance of victims of August 2008 Russia-Georgia war.
