First Deputy Chairperson of the Parliament of Georgia Tamar Chugoshvili says that composition of a new government, to be presented by Mamuka Bakhtadze, will be known today.
According to her, the Prime Minister’s candidate has planned some changes in the light of the optimization of ministries.
“The new composition of the Cabinet will be unveiled today. As far as I know, he has planned some changes in the future, including amid the optimization, therefore, it’s too early to speak about specific ministers,” Chugoshvili said.
The Parliamentary Majority presented Mamuka Bakhtadze, former Finance Minister as candidate for post of Prime Minister. Bakhtadze said that he will appear before the parliament with his vision based on four principles. PM Giorgi Kvirikashvili resigned on June 13.
