Speaker: Swedish MP’s address has same aim as his last year's call for Maidan

Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili echoed the video address of Erik Ottoson, a member of the Swedish parliament and chair of the European Union Committee.

According to the Speaker, today’s address has the same aim as his call for Maidan last year.

“The fact that this Swedish MP still dares to talk about Georgia is because neither he, nor the Swedish government, nor the Swedish embassy apologized for his call for the overthrow of the Georgian government with a Maidan scenario. His today’s address has the same aim as his call for Maidan last year,” Papuashvili wrote on Facebook.
