Speaker Papuashvili views April 29 rally as crucial moment for all citizens when they have to say last word

The April 29 rally is crucial for the Georgian society to express its position to everyone – inside and outside, to state where Georgian society stands and whether the country’s sovereignty is valued by it, said the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili.

As Papuashvili said while talking to regional media representatives, everyone is invited to the rally to express their position.

“Everyone is invited here – big and small, women and men, civil servants and businessmen. I think this is an important moment for all citizens of Georgia when a last word should be said regarding Georgia. The Transparency Law is also a kind of Rubicon, which is important for our country to cross once again for the development of the state and to say that the country’s interests are decisive, rather than what is dictated without arguments,” Papuashvili said.
