The Investment Agency of the Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development is hosting 12 international companies operating in the sector of BPO Georgia – Enterprise Business Process Outsourcing sector.

Representatives of the companies are familiarizing themselves with the country’s investment climate and exploring opportunities to expand their operations in Georgia. They will meet representatives from the state and private sectors and visit Tbilisi Public Service Hall, Kutaisi Technological Hub and Kutaisi International University.

The investment tour aims to contribute to attracting investments and creating more jobs. Through investment tours, the Agency connects potential investors with local businesses, educational institutions, and the public sector, enabling them to assess investment opportunities in Georgia firsthand.

It is worth noting that the previous investment tour resulted in the entry of the British company Contactweb into Georgia. The Agency hosted the company as part of the tour, and a few months later, with the Agency’s involvement, Contactweb began its operations in Georgia.

Currently, approximately 25 companies operate, and 12 thousand people are employed in the BPO Georgia sector; among them are Teleperformance and Concentrix.
