Soplis Nobati Dairy Strategy Manager: Our products are healthy and safe
“Our products—milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, matsoni, kefir, yoghurt, and glazed cottage cheese—are healthy and safe,” declared Khatuna Tskitishvili, Dairy Strategy Development Manager at Soplis Nobati.
She emphasized that consumer trust is of utmost importance to the company.
“Since 2012, we have been among the pioneers in implementing the HACCP system, undergoing unannounced FSSC 22000 audits twice a year. Additionally, we are inspected by the National Food Agency 10 to 12 times annually.
We have hosted delegations interested in dairy production, showcasing the standards we uphold—such as milk reception, testing protocols, and processing methods. Therefore, I can confidently assert that Soplis Nobati products—milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, matsoni, kefir, yoghurt, and glazed cottage cheese—are indeed healthy and safe.
Consumer trust is paramount for us, ensuring that we deliver safe, quality products. Since 2012, the trust and affection from our children, as well as from the children of our friends and their friends who consume our products, depend on the high standards, commitment, and professionalism that define our company,” stated Khatuna Tskitishvili.
According to the National Food Agency, Georgia has established the strictest aflatoxin standard for milk at 0.05 micrograms per litre. For context, the limit in the United States is 0.5 micrograms per litre.
“Following inspections by the National Food Agency, five samples of Soplis Nobati’s imported milk were found to have aflatoxin levels ranging from 0.21 to 0.32 micrograms. These products were promptly removed from circulation. The company undergoes annual inspections, and in 2024, 15 state control audits were conducted with no violations detected,” reported the National Food Agency.
